UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR LOMPAT JAUH GAYA JONGKOK MELALUI PENDEKATAN PERMAINAN LOMPAT KANGURU

 Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti, proses belajar mengajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok yang berhubungan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik di MI Bustanul Ulum Badas Sumobito Jombang tahun pembelajaran 2014/2015 masih rendah dan mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan teknik lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan pendekatan permainan lompat kanguru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan permainan lompat kanguru peserta didik kelas V MI Bustanul Ulum Badas Sumobito Jombang Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015.  Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara (1) observasi, digunakan untuk mengamati cara peserta didik melakukan teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok secara langsung, (2) praktik lompat jauh gaya jongkok  (3) catatan lapangan, digunakan untuk melengkapi data yang tidak tercantum dalam observasi, (4) dokumentasi, digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal peserta didik. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa skor atau nilai hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan permainan lompat kanguru, data di analisis dengan mencari nilai rata-rata dan persentasenya.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan permainan lompat kanguru mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Pada siklus I 58, 38 % pada siklus II meningkat  menjadi 84,38%. Hasil peningkatan nilai peserta didik per aspek juga mengalami peningkatan dari hasil siklus I 74,35% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83.41%. Penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan permainan lompat kanguru sangat diperlukan guna memberi informasi lebih dan terbaru kepada guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan.

Based on the observation done by the researcher, the learning process of long jump by using squatted style that is related to students’ achievement of MI Bustanul Ulum Badas Sumobito Jombang on 2014/2015 academic year was still low and the students had difficulty to practice long jump by using squatted style. One of the solution to solve the problem is that by implementing Kangoroo Jump Game.  The aim of this research was to know the improvement of achievement on long jump by using squatted style through Kangoroo Jump Game at V Grader of MI Bustanul Ulum Badas Sumobito Jombang on 2014/2015 academic year.     The data withdrawal was done by using (1) observation, which was used to observe the students’ way in implementing basic technique of long jump by using squatted style, (2) the implementation of long jump by using squatted style, (3) fieldnote, that is used to complete the data which were not covered at the observation, (4) documentation, that was used to know the basic ability of the students in long jump by using squatted style. The data of this research were the score of long jump by using squatted style through Kangoroo Jump Game, the data were analyzed to find the mean and the percentage.   Based on the analysis, the ability of the students in long jump by using squatted style through Kangoroo Jump Game has improved significantly. On the first cycle, the researcher got 58, 38 %. Furthermore, on the second cycle, the researcher got 84,38%. In addition, the students’ achievement of each aspect has also improved, it can be seen from the first cycle is 74,35%  and second cycle is 83.41%. The next research about long jump by using squatted style through Kangoroo Jump Game is very important to do for giving further and newest information for the teacher of physique, sport and health education.
