Pengaruh Latihan Plyometric Standing Long Jump With Hurdle Hop dan Wave Squat terhadap Power dan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh latihan plyometric standing long jump with hurdle hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh latihan plyometric standing long jump with hurdle hop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai, (3) pengaruh latihan plyometric wave squat terhadap peningkatan power  otot tungkai, (4) pengaruh latihan plyometric wave squat terhadap peningkatan kekuatan  otot tungkai, (5) perbedaan antara latihan plyometric standing long jump with hurdle hop dan wave squat terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan (6) perbedaan antara latihan plyometric standing long jump with hurdle hop dan wave squat terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai. Sasaran penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di MAN Mojoagung sebanyak 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelompok kontrol dan pretest-posttest. Dalam desain penelitian ini terdapat tiga kelompok, yaitu dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes kekuatan otot tungkai yang menggunakan alat tes back and leg dynamometer. Sedangkan untuk mengukur power otot tungkai menggunakan alat jump DF. Selanjutnya data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok plyometric standing long jump with hurdle hop memberikan pengaruh 2,3% terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan 8,2% terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai. Kelompok plyometric wave squat memberikan pengaruh sebesar 2,9% terhadap power otot tungkai dan 16% kekuatan otot tungkai. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,3% terhadap power otot tungkai dan 0,9% terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai.
