Pengaruh Pembelajaran Sirkuit terhadap Kebugaran Jasmani dan Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui.pengaruh.pembelajaran sirkuit terhadap.kebugaran jasmani.dan motivasi.belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan desain randomized control group pretest-posttes design. Terdapat dua kelompok sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani peserta didik adalah Tes kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia(TKJI) usia 10-12 tahun, dan untuk motivasi belajar menggunakan angket. Data dianalis dengan menggunan uji independent sampel t test. Hasil dari penghitungan data menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) kebugaran jasmani 0.023 < 0.05 yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan kebugaran jasmani kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Sedangkan untuk motivasi belajar menunjukkan nilai sig(2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada perbedaan kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol.
