Pengaruh Aktivitas Fisik terhadap Keterampilan Motorik dan Kebugaran Jasmani Peserta Didik
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap keterampilan motorik dan kebugaran jasmani siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas atas SDN Sukowidi yang berjumlah 45 siswa, terdiri dari 21 siswa perempuan dan 24 siswa laki-laki. Instrumen kegiatan fisik memakai kuesioner Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C), untuk kebugaran jasmani menggunakan tes TKJI usia 10-12. Sementara untuk mengetahui keterampilan motoric menggunakan tes Motor Ability. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian pada variabel aktivitas fisik dan keterampilan motoric menunjukkan nilai sig 0,028 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara aktivitas fisik terhadap keterampilan motorik siswa. Sementara pada variabel aktivitas fisik dan kebugaran jasmani diperoleh nilai sig 0,034 < 0.05 yang berarti menjelaskan terdapat hubungan positif antara aktivitas fisik terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap keterampilan motorik dan kebugaran jasmani siswa.
