IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA DI TINGKAT SMP BERBASIS PESANTREN

Abstract


Kreativitas belajar adalah kemampuan esensial dalam membuka potensi kognitif siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa di SMP berbasis pesantren dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Melalui analisis literatur, observasi di kelas yang menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka, dan wawancara dengan guru serta siswa, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan pendekatan interdisipliner merangsang kreativitas belajar. Guru memainkan peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kreativitas, sementara siswa merasa lebih termotivasi untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti penyesuaian dari kurikulum tradisional dan pengukuran kreativitas yang belum sepenuhnya matang, potensi positif dari implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa sangat menjanjikan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan inovatif dalam pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia di tingkat SMP, terutama di lingkungan pesantren, sebagai langkah menuju perkembangan lebih lanjut dan lebih baik bagi siswa dalam memahami dan menguasai Bahasa Indonesia.
