My name’s Ho Thi Phung Duyen, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages at the College of Foreign Economic Relations (COFER) in Ho Chi Minh City. I gained the Master Degree in TEFL from Victoria University in 2006 and have been doing my Doctoral research in Philosophy in English Language Teaching Theory and Principles. I have been working as an English instructor for 23 years. My fields of interest include teaching and learning strategies, ESP teaching, ESP curriculum designing, Test bank writing, Intercultural communicative teaching and Students’ motivation.
